Whether the scars on your scalp are from an accident, surgery or hair transplantation, Foli Sim can camouflage your troublesome tissue.
Our clinics have experts skilled in the art of scalp micropigmentation (SMP), and can disguise your scalp scarring with our specially formalised pigments and equipment.
The process of scalp micropigmentation is similar to cosmetic tattooing. It involves placing hundreds of tiny dots of pigment with a special needle on either your entire scalp (to hide baldness) or selected areas, such as scars.
Our skilled professionals are highly trained in the art of SMP and will treat each scar individually, from thick hair transplant scars to finer cuts, we’ll use our technique to blend our pigment with your existing hair.
Depending on your scar, you may need to have 2 or 3 sessions for full coverage, but you will see immediate results from the first session. Plus there is no down time, so you’ll walk in and out in just a couple of hours.
The pigment can last 3-5 years depending on your skin type and sun exposure. We recommend our clients come back after 2 years to assess the colour and see if you need any touch ups.
Unlike tattoo ink, our pigment will not turn blue or grey as it fades either.
All scars are as unique as you, so together we will work out the best way to give you the result you desire.
All you have to do it book in for your free consultation and we will answer all the questions you may have. Then we will analyse the length and thickness of your scarring – be it FUT (strip) scar or multiple FUE (dot) scars – to determine the best method of coverage.
When you are confident to go ahead with SMP, we will tailor our pigment to your hair and skin colouring to ensure your final result is as natural as possible.
Our highly experienced specialists have treated hundreds of scars of all shapes and sizes and carry out specific practices ensure you get the best results possible.
These practices include concealing your scars in our sterile clinic, using only medical grade equipment, using pigment specifically designed to be used for scalp micropigmentation and only using single-use needles for supreme hygiene.
Plus, because Foli Sim is a family owned and operated business, we don’t have to pay franchise fees or associated costs, meaning the procedure is more affordable for you!
